Oh yes, the mixed up schedule..it can really suck. You'll get her on a schedule..might take a while, but you'll get there!! Please call me when you need a nap. I will come and take care of her:)(seriously)
Read "On Becoming Babywise." It is about how to help babies get on schedule. It has already helped Parker sleep pretty well at night. Oh, I also recommend swaddling her really tightly at night when she sleeps. It helps babies sleep longer. We've got to get together sometime!
