Yes it's true!!!

For those of you who don't know, we are going to have another baby! We are so excited! I am three months pregnant and our baby is due June 28th. Alix has no idea what's going on but Jeremy and I can't wait! Some people keep asking us when we are going to find out what the baby is and the answer is when it comes out!!! We are waiting to find out what this baby is too. My brother-in-law said according to his Chinese calendar this baby is a BOY!! After Becca has her baby in March that will be 8 granddaughters for my mom so I am not holding my breath for a boy but that is what we're hoping for!

Merry Christmas

This is our little Christmas tree and our presents. Mostly Alix's but Jeremy and I had a good time setting up the blocks for her!

Alix's awesome toy Jeremy bought for her. She loves it!

Grandma Bonnie and Alix

Alix got this cool car from Grandma. She can go backwards and forwards in it. She especially enjoyed running over the Christmas presents

Kelson picked out this hat and I think it is adorable!

My favorite picture of the day!

It's Christmas time, woohoo!

We just got done sledding at the amphitheater hill, it was awesome! Hopefully next time we will get some pictures, it was too dark to get them tonight. But here are a few pictures from Thanksgiving and this winter season so far.

We spent Thanksgiving at my parents house. Alix spent her time terrorizing Emalia and pretending to talk on her cell phone. I think she watches me a little too closely haha she loves phones!

Pictures don't always turn out so great when you are the one in the picture and taking the picture. Oh well, you didn't really want to see the tops of our heads anyway.

Me and Alix. I think Alix was saying cheese. That is her new favorite word. Actually, I have story about cheese. Alix and I went shopping the other day and I bought her a bag of string cheese. She was carrying it all around the store and then she threw it out of the cart so I thought she forgot about it. We finished our shopping, I got her in the car and all the groceries and as soon as I got in the car Alix looks at me, holding her hand out and said "cheese, cheese, cheese, cheese." It was so adorable. She definitely remembered the cheese. She is such a smart little girl....sometimes too smart...
Jeremy and my dad's cousin Michele. She really likes Jeremy! They stopped by Thanksgiving day to visit. It was good to see her and her mom and dad, Cleo and Gary!
Alix really likes hats too. She is usually packing Jeremy's baseball hat around, when I took this picture she was hauling the santa hat around.

We shoveled snow early one morning...okay 9 isn't really early but we had just gotten out of bed so here is Alix eating raspberry filled powdered donuts in the snow. She was enjoying them immensely and she really loves the snow!

Jeremy buried Alix in the snow so she couldn't go anywhere. She likes to run up the sidewalk to the neighbors house every time we go outside!

Santa came to our ward Christmas party. Alix did really good on his lap. She didn't cry but she definitely didn't want to be there!

Well that is all for now. I will try to post more pictures right after Christmas, especially for you Kristie. Merry Christmas!!!!!!

Most of you know Alix has been walking for three or four months now but my sister in Texas has not seen her walking yet and we promised her a video! So here ya go Kristie! She is quite the pro now. If I turn my back for two seconds she is gone so fast I have to run to catch up with her. She likes sneaking away ;)

Happy Birthday Alix!

Alix turned one yesterday, Happy Birthday Alix!
She is such a little cheeser!

We made two birthday cakes since we had lots of family coming to Alix's birthday party. I think they turned out pretty cute!

Alix and Dad hanging out in the kitchen

Alix and Emalia sliding down the slide. They were having so much fun. I can't believe how much Alix likes going down the slide. She usually turns around and goes down on her belly!

Sliding with Mom

Swinging with Dad

Alix playing in her birthday cake. It took her twenty minutes to figure out she could do more than pick the frosting off the cake and eat it

Alix and her friend Brinley. They are so cute!

Trip to Texas

Last month Alix and I went to Houston, Texas to visit my sister Kristie and her family. We stayed for a week and had so much fun! Here are a few pictures from our trip, I have lots more but do not have time right now to post them all.

Alix splashing in the ocean. She loved to play in the water!

Witnie and Alix hanging out with Auntie Kristie. Witnie is a goof, she stuck her tongue out at me as I was taking the picture and Alix was ignoring me.

Witnie at Maddie's birthday party. She doesn't look happy at all about wearing a party hat

Sarah doesn't look happy about being in charge of two babies wearing party hats!

Alix was crawling around the living room with the tube around her waist. It was hilarious, I wish I would have video taped it

Three 'baby eagles' at the zoo. They had a good time playing in this nest.

Maddie and Sydnie were so nice to Alix and loved to push her around in her stroller at the zoo

Look at the size of the fatty fish! He is as big as Alix! He probably could have swallowed her whole!

On our way to see the temple Alix put her hat over her face and fell asleep, I think she is the cutest funniest little girl ever!

Maddie and Sydnie at the Houston Temple
Me and Kristie at the Temple

Me and the monkeys!

Kristie has a pool in her neighborhood and we went and swam a few times. Alix really loves the water and Maddie had a good time pushing her around in her tube

Sydnie the trouble maker. Isn't she adorable?

Maddie pulling Alix around at the pool. Alix wasn't very happy about it!

Pine Crest California

Well it has been awhile since I posted so there are a lot of pictures! We went to Pine Crest, California for a little over a week and had so much fun! Jeremy's aunt and uncle let us stay at their cabin with them and it was only five minutes from the lake! We swam, kayaked, hiked, biked, played a TON of horse shoes, went to the outdoor movie theater and just hung out! We definitely needed a break like this and are looking forward to when we can go back!

We stopped at the Salt Flats on the way to California

Jeremy always carts Alix around on his shoulders, it is her favorite place to be!

My first attempt at riding a bike in like a year, in the highest gear going up hill. I ended up on the porch!

Alix's first time in a kayak. She really did have fun

Jer and I hiked around the lake, it was so beautiful!

Kelson, Grandpa, Jer and Alix climbing the big rocks

This is Walt and Vickie's cabin we stayed at, Jeremy's uncle and aunt

Alix's favorite thing to do was play in the dirt and eat it. As long as she was on the ground she was pretty content!

She is a funny funny girl!

We rode bikes quite a bit. This is when we rode from the ski resort back down to Walt's cabin.

My niece Kenadee. She is so cute and such a happy smiley little baby!

Jeremy and Alix kayaking and on the boat dock is Tyler, Amoree, Mike and Drew
This is everybody who spent the week at the cabin, except for Stephen. He had to leave early. There is Jeremy, Bonnie, Larry, Kelson, Mike, Amoree, Kenadee, Tyler, Vickie, Walt, Alix and Drew!

This is Drew, Jeremy's cousin. He came up from Lodi, California to hang out with us for the week. We had a blast with him!

Alix loves to wear Jeremy's hat! She always steals it and puts it on

All three boys on the kayak. I was amazed it didn't sink!

Jeremy and Alix in the kayak. Alix had a great time paddling around the lake with Jer

We stopped for a family picture on our way home. We were so sad to go but it was nice to come home!
